Maryland Crab Cakes


St Mary's 'Maiden Bower' landed white crab meat simply blended with crushed crackers, parsley,lemon juice, egg & mayo with a hint of mustard heat. No potato here just crab!
Serve with mayonnaise, fresh lemon... and a cold glass of dry Riesling.

Ingredients: White Crab Meat (85%), Ritz Crackers (Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil, Sugar, Raising Agents (Ammonium and Sodium Bicarbonates, Disodium Diphosphate), Salt, Glucose Syrup, Barley Malt Flour), Mayonnaise, Egg, English Mustard, Lea & Perrins (Malt Vinegar(from Barley), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies, Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavouring), Parsley
Allergens: Contains Egg, Wheat, Barley, Mustard, may Contain Milk, may Contain Sesame Seeds. Produced in an environment that contains nuts.

Defrost for 24hours in refrigerator. Ensure thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Cook and consume within 24 hours.
When supplied frozen - Store in a freezer at -18°c or cooler and use by the best before date.
When supplied thawed or fresh - store in a refrigerator at 5°c or less and consume within 24 hours.
To prepare – remove from packaging and place on a greased baking tray. Heat at 180°c, Gas Mark 6 in the oven for 20 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Remove from container before consuming. Do NOT re-freeze after de-frosting.
