Sticky Toffee Pudding, Rum Sauce


Light but rich sponge with sticky dates. Pour over the rum sauce and heaven awaits.
Add some St Agnes Clotted or Ice Cream and double heaven!

Ingredients: Double Cream, Dark Muscavado Sugar, Plain Four, Dark Rum (13%), Unsalted Butter, Egg, Bicarbonate of Soda, Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate).
Allergens: Contains Wheat, Egg. Produced in an environment that contains nuts

Cook from frozen. Store in a freezer at -18°c or cooler and use by the best before date.
Pudding - loosen lid and place basin in the Microwave (800w) and heat on high for 2 minutes. Leave to rest for 1 minute and then turn out onto plate. Sauce - place unopend bad in the Microwave (800w) and heat for 45 seconds. Leave to rest for 30 seconds, open and pour over pudding. Ensure all food is piping hot before serving. Remove from container before consuming. Do NOT re-freeze after de-frosting.
